Our services are provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis, subject to these terms and any applicable Master Service Agreements.

By accessing our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Ensure you have the legal right and necessary permissions to upload and process any documents submitted to the platform.

• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process illegal materials.

Gingerflint Platform and Qumify Technologies Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
